Red and Blue Baseball Camp

    Our 35th annual summer clinic will again be held this summer, from June 25 - June 29, 2012, at Bensalem Ramblers Association on Hulmeville Road in Bensalem, Pennsylvania -- just one minute from the Woodhaven Road exit on I-95.
     The week-long camp is designed for children ages 8 to 15. Few, if any, baseball camps give the amount of individual attention and level of instruction that we do.
     Professional, college and high school coaches and players make up the staff that offers individual instruction at each position. This is assured by limiting the number of participants so that a 5-to-1 camper-to-instructor ratio is possible.
     At the end of the week, campers will compete in various baseball skills competitions and top participants will receive awards. Each camper will also receive a written evaluation and be videotaped throwing, fielding and hitting.
     Campers are divided according to age and ability into four or five groups. The camp costs $200 per camper. All campers should bring their own sneakers or spikes, gloves, caps and long pants.
     Current and former Holy Ghost Prep coaches Al Slawter, Bob Marchok, Ted Grabowski, Chuck McMullin, Vince Rossomondo and Keith Smeraglio will direct the camp along with William Tennent High School coach Chris Marchok. The Holy Ghost Prep baseball team is among the most successful high school baseball programs in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
